Field Service Assistant
***This position is temporarily suspended***
Position Overview:
- Assists in some daily service calls
- Some Customer Service
- Shop helper while not assisting field technician
- Some janitorial duties
- Some data input
- Some phones
- Heavy lifting
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to legally work in the United States of America
- 6 months experience or more in customer service or delivery is a plus
Field Technician
Position Overview:
- Customer Service
- Some data input
- Some phones
- Some scheduling
- Truck Driver for Hollis TV
- Runs daily service calls
- Heavy lifting
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have clean DMV record
- Must have class C Drivers License
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to legally work in the United States of America
- 6 months experience in customer service or delivery is a plus.
Dispatch Secretary
- Answers phones
- Customer service
- Reception
- Receives dispatch from warranties
- updates all customer info and warranty info
- computer input
- Schedules service calls
- Active dispatch to service truck
- Secretarial work for office:
- filing,
- email communication with warranties, etc.
- Parts Receiving & Parts Processing, etc.
- Many other Misc. office duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have 1 year or more experience with reception work or switch boards.
- Must have 1 year or more experience in customer service.
- Must have a basic understanding in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to legally work in the united States of America.
Certified TV Technician
Position Overview:
- Diagnose, repairs televisions
- Parts ordering
- Some customer service
- Some lifting, moving, TVs
- Some computer input
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have 1 year experience in television repair or computer repair to be considered.
- Must have understanding of how TVs work, equipment hookup, etc.
- Must have basic soldering skills
- Must have some computer skills; is able to understand new programs
- Must be able to legally work in the United States of America
All certifications that you have will need to be noted. Any certifications still required will be given once employed.
