If you have no warranty, you can contact us directly to begin service.  You can call us (661) 321-0110 or request repair from the link to the right. 

We charge the estimate fee up front for any repair.  The estimate fee is for diagnosis but does apply to the balance of the repair.

If you only need a minor service call for hookups or cleaning, and you do not need a full diagnosis, we charge only a flat rate for service calls.

If you are outside Bakersfield, an additional Mileage charge will apply.

Mileage Rates

Once your TV is here, we will complete the diagnosis and notify you of any parts and labor for your repair.  We charge only flat rates for labor.
