The Rates below only apply to repairs that are not being covered under a warranty.

Service Call Fees

Esimate Fees

 If your repair does not require pickup, the service call fee will remain $100.00 for the simple trip to your home.  If you cancel service at the door, or we are unable to complete the repair during scheduled time, this service call fee is still due

If you live outside Bakersfield,  mileage rates will be added to the fees below for full calculation of your Service Call Fees. 

*If the TV itself has no actual issue once we come out to the home, we still charge a minimum $100 for the trip to the house.  $69.99 fee may be charged on case by case only depending on the specific situation.

**If the Lamp doesn't fix the TV, $100.00 is still due for trip.  The $100 fee can be applied toward Pickup/Diagnosis (which is also $100) to find out what is actually wrong with the TV at no additional charge.

Please remember to view our mileage rates if you live outside Bakersfield.  We charge 1/2 the normal mileage rate if the service can be completed  in-home & on the first trip.  Otherwise, all normal mileage rates apply.

Estimate fees are figured by TV size.  The estimate fee is the fee due up front for us to diagnose the TV to give an estimate of costs for the full repair.  Estimate fees will always apply to the balance of the repair once completed but are not refunded if repairs are denied.
